You are planning your next city trip and enjoy booking your flight, hotel and airport transfer online with just a few clicks? This convenience, which we take for granted for most of our travels, has not yet arrived in outdoor activities and alpine tourism, where most offers can only be booked offline.

MyBaseCamp is going to change that. On the MyBaseCamp marketplace, you can find all available outdoor activities for your desired location, and only from certified providers – be it a climb to the highest peaks of the Alps, a rafting tour in Allgäu or a 3-day ski course for your children. It is easy to gain an overview and compare prices. You can find detailed and comparable information, including a detailed description and a scale for the difficulty level. And you can book your activity online 24/7 with just a few clicks.

Alpine tourism is a unique ecosystem, and it is MyBaseCamp’s ambition to offer the first solution that integrates the needs of all key stakeholders. That’s why the startup is also working closely with regional destination management offices (DMOs), to which it offers an integrated white-label marketplace solution. This allows tourism marketers like DMOs to differentiate their regions more effectively and offer convenient online booking to their visitors.

MyBaseCamp was founded by experienced entrepreneurs Robert Böhm, Lukas Hochmeister and Lukas Kühnert. The team currently consists of six persons, covering both commercial and technical aspects. MyBaseCamp is being accepted for the Growth Accelerator Program by Swiss Startup Factory and will get support in financing, sales, corporate development, and access to a large network of investors. This will propel the startup’s next aggressive growth phase across the DACH region.
